Jon-Michael washington, MBA

Jon-Michael is the Founder and CEO of Polished 2 Perfection. He received most of his experience conceptualizing, coordinating, and executing events on the campus of Howard University. Inspired by his parents' entrepreneurship, Jon-Michael started Polished 2 Perfection after much thought and prayer. 

He had the privilege to coordinate a major pageant and coach numerous contestants for three consecutive years on the campus of Howard University. He was able to combine his passions for event design and coordination and pageant training. 

Jon-Michael has planned and executed many events in the Washington, DC area, including networking events, corporate orientation programs, birthdays, community awareness programs, and large and small social gatherings. He's now ready to bring his skills and talents to the DMV area under his own brand!

Chelsea is the Executive Event Planner at Polished 2 Perfection. A native of Southern Maryland, she has always had a passion for event coordination. Chelsea started her career as an event manager for her family's catering company, where she was able to use her creativity and unique perspective to help coordinate various weddings, parties, and corporate meetings.

During her academic career at the University of Maryland, she was involved in diverse student organizations where she took the lead in planning numerous meetings, community service events, cultural shows, and concerts. Upon receiving her Bachelors degree in Economics in 2012, she worked as in intern for a wedding planning company where she kept the company abreast of the newest trends in the industry, ensuring that her client's events were unforgettable.

Chelsea's enthusiasm, passion for exceptional service, creativity, and eye for modern sophistication, make her a great addition to the Polished 2 Perfection team.
